Can you manage my business social media for me? We certainly can! We work with you to determine your social media strategy and priorities and then keep your social media communications fresh and professionally managed. This requires regular, interesting and relevant targeted updates and essentially, real connection and communication with others across your social media presence. Building up, maintaining and developing those connections, links and conversations takes time, concerted effort and knowledge of how to best use and connect each element of the social media toolkit to your best advantage. We can do this for you, or work alongside you as you develop the skills to do it yourself.

Will you make sure that each social media platform gets appropriate updates? Yes, we never use automated systems. They just don’t work and we’ve written all about this here.

I’d really like to learn so that I can take over my own business social media eventually. No problem, we specialise in one to one bespoke training sessions. What we don’t do is train to roomfuls of businesses with a one-size-fits-all Powerpoint approach. It’s all about you and your business delivered personally by us.

Can you create my Facebook Page for me, my Twitter Profile, what about LinkedIn? Gladly. This is very much part of our service. But we don’t stop at that. We’ll also make initial connections with people who can impact positively on your business, we’ll suggest connections to make based on your business and with our strategic approach, so you start your social media journey with a real boost, rather than from scratch – which let’s be honest, can be more than a little daunting.

I’d like to start blogging, are you able to set up a blog for me? Without doubt. We generally use Tumblr, a free blogging platform. It’s easy to post to, and can be to a large extent customised to your requirements.

I really want a bespoke blog? That sounds like a job for Jan – pop across to her website to find out about her rates. She can create a bespoke blog for you, which can very quickly be converted into a full website should you wish to go down that route. And, by the way, Jan is an experienced and highly-regarded website designer. Holly and Jan fees

Any initial session face to face or over the phone is £60 for an hour, with follow-up work generally priced at £50 per hour and agreed in advance.
